인터넷 발급 증명서 위·변조 확인
   [ 주의사항 ]
   인터넷으로 본 증명서를 발급받는 과정에서 위·변조하는 행위는 형법 제225조(공문서 등의 위조·변조) 또는
   제227조의2(공전자기록 위작·변작)의 규정에 따라 10년 이하의 징역을 받을 수 있습니다.

   [ Remarks ]
   Any person committing an act of forgery in the process of issuing or submitting a certificate of academic record/qualification
   is subject to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 10 years under the provisions of Article 225 (Forgery of Official Document)
   or Article 227 Clause 2 (Forgery of Electronic Official Document) of the Criminal Code.


   1. 증명서 좌측하단    칸에 '원본'이란 글씨가 보이지 않으면 복사본이거나 위조된 증명서 입니다.
     ('원본'이란 글씨가 보이지 않을 경우 증명서로 인정되지 않습니다.)
   1. For an original certificate, the characters, '원본(ORIGINAL)' must be seen in the blank cells at the lower
   left hand side of the certificate. If a certificate does not have the word, '원본', it may be either a copy or a forged document.
     (Certificates without '원본' are not valid or authentic official certificates.)

   2. 발급번호를 이용한 위·변조 확인 방법
     - 증명서 좌측 상단에 있는 발급번호를 조회하여 위·변조 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다.

   2. How to check a forgery: Serial No.
     - You can identify an original certificate if it has an issue (serial) number at the top left of the certificate.

   3. 증명서 하단부 바코드를 이용한 위·변조 확인 방법
     - 위·변조 확인 프로그램을 다운로드하여 설치합니다.
     - 설치한 프로그램을 실행합니다.
     - 프로그램을 이용하여 확인하고자 하는 증명서를 스캔합니다.
     - 좌·우 화면상의 증명서를 대조하여 위·변조 여부를 확인 합니다.

   3. How to check a forgery : Bar Code (at the bottom of the certificate)
     - Download the Authenticity Verification Program below and install it.
     - Run this program.
     - Scan the certificate.
     - Contrast certificates on the left and the right to verify the document on the left.
        (The left certificate is the scanned document to be verified, and the right certificate is the verified control barcode document.)
